The Following a Not Optional

The Following are NOT OPTIONAL to be a happy and healthy person:

  • Good Nutrition

  • Exercise

  • Drink tons of water

  • Get good sleep

  • Go into nature

  • Engage in relaxation

  • Avoid toxic people

  • Maintain a positive mindset

  • Meditate (in whatever form works for you)

  • Define your personal boundaries

  • Do what you love

  • Laugh often

  • Spend quiet time alone

If you're asking how you're going to find time to do all that you're asking the wrong question.

What you need to be asking is what could I accomplish if I gave myself permission to do all these things?
