Achievement and Happiness

Achieving things in life is great. We feel successful, happy, and alive when we knock a goal out of the park.

But you are not your achievements. And you don't need them to feel like a success.

If you think you're only successful when you 'do something' that means you're operating from a place of 'I'm not good enough' most of the time (I never put 2 and 2 together here).

That explains a lot of why I can't stop working. This message is for me as much as all of you. Therapy is going to help me a lot I think. If you're scared or nervous about starting, hit me up! I'd love to chat
