Affirmations

Affirmations are powerful tools to steer your subconscious. But it's a fine line between belief and delusion, so crafting affirmations with language you actually believe is important if you want them to have any effect.

You can say: "I'm Happy! I'm Happy! I'm Happy"! over and over a million times and your body will immediately just say: "No you're not" if you don't believe it's (or at least could be) true.

I got some homework yesterday from one of my new coaches to rework my affirmations so I buy into them fully. Now they're a whole lot more in alignment with what I see as my present and future.
