
The Not So Secret to Happiness
Unsurprisingly there's some hard work to be done as we begin the journey to happy. We have to get in tune with our body, mind, and emotions before we can begin listening to their wisdom.

Working Out Should be Fun
I used to go to the gym and beat the shit out of myself almost daily. I didn't see it as punishment for making unhealthy life choices like many others do, but I did use it as a coping mechanism to deal with stressful things in life. That sounds like a good thing (and it's certainly better than going back to drugs), except I was WAY overtraining and my body was struggling to keep up.


Choose your Difficulty
Sometimes choosing ‘easy’ doesn’t serve us best. In life there are ALWAYS going to be obstacles, speed bumps, and hiccups. The goal isn’t to ‘win’ and get to the other side, but to enjoy the challenge.
